Frank was born and raised in the Czech Republic, but has tattooed all over Europe. Frank has a rich background in drawing and painting. He specialises in portraits and realism but is also extremely proficient in many other styles. Frank's passion is to create his own designs to make your tattoo unique. He has done some amazing cover-ups. Frank is approved by the local environmental health department.
